Payment & Booking Policy To officially secure your booking date and time, a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total session cost is required upfront. Although the website may display “Full Payment in Person,” only the deposit is required in advance to confirm your appointment. Once your booking request is submitted, the photographer will contact you directly with payment instructions to secure your session date. Accepted payment methods include: • Cash • Cash App • Apple Pay • Venmo • PayPal The remaining balance must be paid in person prior to the start of the scheduled session or event coverage. Travel Policy Travel within 20 miles is included with your booking. Additional travel fees apply for locations outside the included service area: • 21–40 miles: +$25 • 41–60 miles: +$50 • 60+ miles: Custom travel quote required Travel fees must be paid in addition to the session total and may be included with the upfront deposit to fully secure your booking date.
