At Jcrux Art, every original painting, print, and custom piece is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment.
All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Original artwork is shipped with insured shipping to help protect your purchase during transit. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged packaging and artwork. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to file an insurance claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
Please note that minor variations in color may occur due to differences in screen and monitor settings and are not considered defects.
