About the Artist

J. Crux is a Sacramento-based visual artist whose work explores identity, culture, community, and emotional truth. Working across painting, murals, and live art, their practice centers storytelling through bold color, expressive form, and symbolic imagery. Each piece invites reflection, conversation, and connection—bridging personal narrative with shared experience.
